Course Description
This course explores how both team practices and interior solutions foster a sense of belonging and well-being in the built environment. Participants will examine both interpersonal strategies such as communication, psychological safety, and team culture, and design strategies like human-centered planning, accessibility, sensory comfort, and spatial storytelling, to create spaces that are accessible to everyone. The session provides practical tools to support health, safety, and welfare by creating environments that are both emotionally supportive and physically inclusive.
